Urmatorul joc din seria Assassin's Creed se va numi Brotherhood si se va lansa pe 16 Noiembrie anul acesta pentru XBOX360, PS3 si PC. Personajul principal al jocului va fi tot Ezio, actiunea urmand sa aibe loc la cativa ani dupa evenimentele din Assassin's Creed 2. Ajuns un master assassin, Ezio va calatori la Roma pentru a lovi ordinul Templierilor in inima sa. Ezio nu va fi singur in razboiul sau, fiind insotit de un grup, denumit fratie (de unde si numele: Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood).
